Spicey Organic lime and date chutney 260ml
Ingredients: Organic limes, fruit pulp and zest only, organic sugar, chillies, dates and spices. A taste of Asian flavours. Great in marinades too.Spicy, Slightly Salty, Sweet, Sour and Bitter.

Organic Lime Cordial 750ml
Ingredients: Organic limes, organic brown sugar, filtered water. A tart/sweet refreshing cordial to be diluted with water. A tart/sweet refreshing cordial to be diluted with water.

Spicey Organic Lime achaar 260m
A spicy Indian achaar/pickle, which has been fermented with natural sea salt and spices, and then finished off with roasted spices in a touch of oil. For use in Indian type dishes, as a condiment or added to salads, cheese platters or legume dishes. Needs to be refrigerated.

We grow organic Bearss limes from our small holding in the heart of Hout Bay. Ginny’s Jars – Lime Produce was created when we literally decided to create Limeade out of Limes. We only use our organic limes, organic sugar, and also try to source local, other organic fresh produce and spices where possible, for all our recipes. It is important to make wholesome produce that we are proud of, and can make and sell with love.
