Hello Family
July has certainly been a challenging month for us on a personal level, and we’re so incredibly grateful for all your heartfelt support and kind words. They truly made a difference.
As we near the end of winter, there’s a tangible sense of hope blooming around the farm! Our fruit trees are already showing the first exciting signs of spring, reminding us of the cycles of growth and renewal.
A special shout-out to all the school volunteers! Your enthusiasm and unwavering spirit, even through the wet weather during the holidays, was truly phenomenal. Thank you for pouring your energy into our project.
Now our focus is shifting to the preparations for our vibrant summer crops. We’re especially excited to be feeding our beds with tons of our very own, nutrient-rich compost – a big thank you to everyone who diligently contributes their organic waste to Circle Of Life, helping us close the loop and enrich our soil.
We’re looking forward to sharing the bounty with you soon!
Mandela Day 2025
Looking back at our day of celebration at Love in a Bowl 🇿🇦
In honour of Tata Madiba, we celebrated Mandela Day by getting our hands dirty for a good cause – harvesting fresh produce, clearing the river, playing in the garden, and sharing meaningful moments with little ones and wagging tails alike. 💚
Mandela Day is a reminder that every small act of service matters. Thank you to everyone who showed up with heart and helped us grow goodness. Special thanks to our friends at Woolworths for once again gifting their time and energy to the farm!

Our farm stall is packed with delicious, seasonal veggies, grown just a few meters from where they’re sold. From crisp carrots to leafy greens, there’s something delicious for every basket and it quite literally doesn’t get fresher!
